Worldwide Century 0096 The incident with Laplace's box, also known as the Universal Century Charter, took occurred a few months ago. The severed Axis is floating outside the Earth Sphere when the Earth Federation Forces sends a team of investigators there. Arlette Almage and Danton Hyleg are two members of the research team who are not scientists. Both have previous government experience working as engineers and test pilots for the Principality of Zeon and Neo Zeon. The investigators are attacked inside a base where nobody should be after breaking into Axis. A situation that neither Arlette nor Dalton expected arises.
